Install Pentos

Install Pentos from the App Store and open it for the first time.

Pentos is a one-time purchase from the App Store. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to, so you are budgeting within a minute of the download finishing.

Before you begin

  • An iPhone running iOS 18 or later.

Pentos is an iPhone app. There is no iPad version and no Mac version.

Steps

To install Pentos, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.

  2. Search for Pentos, or open the Pentos listing directly.

  3. Buy the app and wait for it to install.

  4. Open Pentos.

    The first launch creates an empty budget file for you. There is no sign-in step and no setup wizard to sit through.

What you get

Every feature is included in the purchase. There is no subscription, there are no in-app purchases, and future updates come with it.
